These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, and by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

Availability of website

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to [email protected] and we will correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

Booking and Payment

When you make a reservation, you guarantee that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. You must be over 18 years of age to make a reservation.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the reservation process. Payment will be taken at the time of reservation. We will not provide a service until payment has been received in full.

Cancellation and Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, you must notify us by email at [email protected].

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 48 hours before the start of the rental period: no charge
• 24 hours to 48 hours before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental fee
• Less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental fee

Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the e-bike during the rental period. You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any damage or loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, and our directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or suits or proceedings, as well as any related losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought against us, or any of our directors, officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, your reservation or your use of our e-bikes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
